Wifi lots of access points cause dialog that is too long

If the MID scan returns a long list of access points, the dialog will not fir on the screen and some menu options are not accessible.

When the list is longer than the screen the menu should pop up two scroll buttons, one on top, one on bottom. These should allow the user to access any of the items in the menu. Is the bug that these buttons don't appear or that these buttons aren't enough?

We still need to have someone tell us what they are seeing. We've tried this under 640x480. There might also be some problem where the code from the PPA wasn't synch'd up yet.

I tested this on a Jax10 at home last nite... turns out there are enough APs in my building to cause the arrows to appear on the top/bottom of the dialog. Works like a charm.
