No LibreOffice help text appears in Ubuntu 20.04.

This happens on Ubuntu 20.04, LibreOffice 6.4.3.2

Open a writer or a calc document.
Push button F1 or helpmenu > LibreOffice Help F1.

Now a German error message appears:
Kein Zugriff auf Objekt.
Aufgrund fehlender Benutzerrechte kann auf das Objekt nicht zugegriffen
werden.

Translation in English:
No access to Object.
Missing user authorization, no access to Object.

No help text appears.

I have installed:
libreoffice-dev-doc, 1:6.4.3-0ubuntu0.20.04.1
libreoffice-help-de, 1:6.4.3-0ubuntu0.20.04.1
libreoffice-l10n-de, 1:6.4.3-0ubuntu0.20.04.1

On Ubuntu 18.04 with LibreOffice 6.0.7.3 there is no problem and it
works. The German help appears.
