Bug Description

The package contains the file /usr/.crates2.json which is also included in ripgrep and crashes apt when trying to install both on focal. This was also the case on eoan but there at least apt did not crash.

The following log is when trying to install ripgrep when lscolors 0.6.0-1build1 is installed. When removing lscolors ripgrep installs fine.

The following NEW packages will be installed:
   ripgrep (11.0.2-1build1)
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 0 B/1,228 kB of archives.
After this operation, 4,502 kB of additional disk space will be used.
