wrong wayland dmabuf format selection with Intel iris

On Mesa 20.0.4, the Intel Iris driver is affected by an issue with selecting the appropriate dma buffer format on Wayland (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/4869).

This issue will prevent using most OpenGL applications on Wayland. You can check if you are affected by this issue by running `es2gears_wayland`. On affected systems, this will fail with `error 7: failed to import supplied dmabufs: Unsupported buffer format 808669784`.

This issue has been fixed in Mesa 20.0.7. Please consider backporting this version to Ubuntu 20.04 and 18.04.5.
