Bug Description

I probably had suspended the laptop. Then after coming back I couldn't turn on the Bluetooth.

Looks like bug 1738838. But please also run 'rfkill' and paste the output here so we can see if the hardware switch is off.

Thanks. That means it's not a hardware problem, and is definitely a duplicate of bug 1738838.
