Bug Description
There is something strange going on with Lazarus. Both in version 2.0.8 available in the Canonical repositories and in this installation that I just made using the Lazarus source code. Both have the same symptom.
The program load is much slower than normal, in addition, ubuntu is giving the message "Lazarus is not responding ... ... Force Exit / Wait", which keeps repeating when I click "Wait".
This does not prevent the program from loading, it only makes the process stressful.
Something similar happens when trying to compile and run a simple standard form program with nothing. Lázarus generates the program, and it is executed, with the Empty Form appearing ... but when we close this Form, the same problem of the slowness happens on return to Lazarus ... With messages of "Project1 is not Responding ... Force Exit / Wait" etc.
This past weekend I did a fresh install of Ubuntu for testing Groovy. I realize that this problem is only happening now. I used Lazarus in previous versions of Ubuntu, including Focal, without problems.
Below is the result of running Lazarus from the command line:
etm@etm:~$ ./.local/
using config file /home/etm/
SetPrimaryConfi

Seems that this problem has been fixed.
After the upgrades I made yesterday, Lazarus started loading and running normally.
