python3-django-haystack: 2.8.1-3

The mailman3-web hourly cronjob sends the following via email:

/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/haystack/backends/whoosh_backend.py:614: SyntaxWarning: "is" with a literal. Did you mean "=="?
  if value is None or len(value) is 0:

This warning has been introduced in python 3.8.
