[nvidia] Corrupted wallpaper after resuming from suspend or hibernation

Bug Description

This bug is just like #1809407 but that bug is closed.

Simple to repro - suspend and then on restore from suspend the background is torn and corrupted.

I tried one fix that someone suggested in bug #1809407 but that didn't seem to work at all.
