'juju update-public-clouds' output uses double indentation

Bug Description

The list of added clouds is deeply indented. It also doubles up the "regions added" remark:

$ juju update-public-clouds
This operation can be applied to both a copy on this client and to the one on a controller.
Do you want to update public clouds on:
    1. client only (--client)
    2. controller "sandpit" only (--controller sandpit)
    3. both (--client --controller sandpit)
