Bug Description
We did some vault / keystone cmr validation as part of a planned roadmap effort @ 19.07.
Unfortunately, as part of the "Vault + Keystone CMR K8s:O7k" work, neither the Vault nor the Keystone charms received CMR func tests. We should address that test gap by adding CMR zaza tests to one or both of Vault+Keystone.
