Bug Description
If two tracks are playing in sync and the user tweaks the alignment a bit by nudging the jogwheels, the start of the track (either by holding CUE or hitting play) is not quantized properly anymore.
Instead of taking the user tweak into account when starting playback (or discarding it completely), the track starts quantized and slowly shifts back to the previous user tweak.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load two tracks and enable sync and quantization for both
2. Play both tracks, and introduce user tweak on one of them (e.g. by nudging the controller jogwheel)
3. Press CUE to jump back to the main cue point on the tweaked deck
4. Press and hold CUE (or just hit play) on that deck: It does not start quantized and slowly shifts the phase until the user tweak completely.
See the attached GIF for an example.

Found another major issue with this:
The Hold CUE + Press Play is brokenb
1. Play Deck A
2. Press and hold CUE on deck B
3. Nudge the jogwheel of deck B (I do that often when I pressed CUE to late and want to go back a full beat)
4. Press Play on Deck B: Track suddenly goes completely out of sync
