Undeclared dependency on liblocale-maketext-simple-perl

Binary package hint: libapp-cli-perl

When trying to use the App::CLI::Command package Perl failed with this import error:

After installing liblocale-maketext-simple-perl the problem was, unsurprisingly, resolved. It looks like there is an undeclared dependency between the two libraries.

This is using:
