improve NumberPos playposition widget

Bug Description
1) make NumberPos drop target for tracks like TrackProperty widgets
Currently NumberPos is the only dead area in decks that refuses dropnning a track onto it.
2) clear NumberPos display when no track is loaded
Currently it displays 0:00 depending on the position format which makes 1) more obvious and obstructive.
