rdmd is missing in package ldc

While package ldc contains ldmd2, the executable rdmd is missing.
This is causing e.g. this issue:

Is there a reason why rdmd is not included

Simple: rdmd is not part of either gdc or ldc and is its own separate tool, which has not been packaged.
