Scroll bar exists in choose keyboard layout UI, it should use Moko component.
Reproduced steps:
-------
1.Launch keyboard applet from Settings.
2.In layout tab, click "choose" button to choose keyboard layout.
3.Check the dialog "Choose a Keyboard Model".
Current results:
-------
In step3, scroll bar shows on dialog "Choose a Keyboard Model".
Expected results:
-------
Scroll bar should not exist. It should use Moko component.
