GSS packages should be part of base system, breaks krb5 nfs

Bug Description
The base system does not install the following 2 packages
ii sunwgssk 5.11.80-1 kernel GSSAPI V2
ii sunwrsgk 5.11.80-1 kernel RPCSEC_GSS
These packages provide the kernel support that is needed for nfs with kerberos sercurity.
Without these 2 packages the system will not function properly as an nfs server, and if you try and use it as an nfs client, the kernel panics.

both packages now marked as 'required' - so following NCP build will have it as part of default set.
