"Quit %d Windows" not localized to non-English

If I have more than 1 application windows open, the 'quit 2 windows' command is not localized (not in italian at least).

The fix to make the string translatable was commited upstream

the template has been updated in launchpad as well now so the string is translatable

The string seems gone again for some reason. Only 122 strings altogether and the only string with "Quit" is just that, "Quit".

There was another source upload without the fix which overwrote the template, I uploaded it again and the string is back to translate

This is now fixed in Groovy. Please backport the fix to Focal.
