Bug Description
Wishlist.
There is a field in the batch updater in Acquisitions to apply a collection code to line items / line item details. However, it is a free text field. Vendors who use collection codes often need those to be a specific vocabulary that's agreed upon between the library and the vendor. Leaving it as a free text fields leaves open the possibility of typos, forgetting which are correct codes, etc.
I would like to see another Admin page for collection codes, similar to Cancel Reason / Fund Tags / etc. Fields should be a code, description/label, context org unit, and active? Those codes should then be available in a drop-down menu in the batch updater, similar to the list of funds.
I can see later building this out to where specific codes might be associated with specific providers, but I would be happy just having this functionality available first.
