Bug Description

I use a Laptop with 2 external monitors.

When I first entered the Appearance tab in the settings, it was set to Built-in display and the Dock was shown only on the Built-in display as expected.

I messed around with the setting and tried out on "All displays". No I'd like to switch back to only Built-in display or an other external monitor.
When i choose an external it automatically switches back to "All displays".

If i choose "Built-in display" it stays there, but nothing is changed. After switching to an other settings tab and back it's again on "All displays".

I can't set it to anything else then "All displays" now and I'm stuck here and can't change it at all.

This appears to happen with Ubuntu 20.04.
