Bug Description

Hey,

Based of this [Nord tmux issue](https://github.com/arcticicestudio/nord-tmux/issues/46), I have the start of a patch for adding the nord theme.

I am fairly confident the first 9 colours are correct. However, I am stumped for the last 7!

Any help would be most welcome.

Thanks for your patch. The first 8 colors are standard ones, and the last 8 colors are the high intensity(bold) ones. Let me know when you have a final version of your patch and I will apply it.
