Bug Description

Im not sure what exactly happens, but it seems like the print screen function does not work. I'll press ctrl-shift-prntscrn and it creates the pointer to select region, then nothing actually gets captured. If I just press print screen, then it takes a whole desktop screen shot and then after that it will let me screenshot an area.

Ive had this happen a few times now. Anyway, I figured Id report it. I know its not really enough to go on, but I wanted to report that its happening.
