Juju support for secrets in configs and export-bundle to exclude

Hi,

Any chance we could have support for flagging certain charm configs as secrets?

Then have things like 'juju export-bundle' hide those by default.

This is so if support / SEG requests for certain information, it isn't leaked by default.

Hi Haw,

This has been a long asked for feature around charm config. The more generic name that people have used for it is "charm config schema".

The current thinking is that snapd will implement a config schema and juju will copy that implementation. We need to push for that to happen.
