Bug Description
The Ubuntu software center lists GNU Radio as "proprietary". It's actually GPLv3.

I assume this is a packaging bug, and not a Software Center bug.
I'm the project maintainer, I would know if our software wasn't FOSS :)
Also, this package is pretty much 100% debian-copied, and that alone is a strong indication it's Free Software.
1) Affected release
20.04 focal, others not tested
2) package version
3.8.1.0
3) Expected
GNU Radio is displayed as GPLv3, which it is
4) What happened instead
GNU Radio displayed as "proprietary" software, which it isn't.
