I have the same problem today with a new Ubuntu 20.04 install.

Hi R J Nawara,
your issue has the same top level symptom (package can't be installed) but might have a totally different root cause. I'd want to encourage you to file a new bug and add as much debug log content as possible to be able to differentiate from other cases.
