Raspbian is setting default language as Kurdish when I set country as Turkey.

Bug Description
I just installed Raspbian on my Raspberry Pi 3 B+. I was setting the first settings on Welcome to Raspberry Pi screen. I set my country as Turkey and Raspbian set the language as Kurdish. Native language of Turkey is not Kurdish. It's Turkish. Please fix the default setting.
