Bug Description
In Ubuntu MATE 20.04 amd64 moving/resizing the window of a VirtualBox VM by grabbing/dragging the titlebar / borders almost never works.
The window just stays put / remains at the same size.
As this does work fine e.g. on an Xfce desktop installed on the same machine, I suspect it to be a bug in Marco.
Note that the main window of VirtualBox is not affected by this, only the VMs themselves.
Package versions:
marco (1.24.0-1ubuntu1) focal
virtualbox (6.1.6-dfsg-1) unstable
GPU: NVidia GTX 1050Ti running with driver 440.64

Happens to me too since I installed Ubuntu Mate 20.04. I have to use the right Ctrl key first and then I can grab it. It's quite annoying and should be done as soon as possible.
