Bad build environment for build-base: core20 snaps

I created three snaps, using default settings:

GOOD: https://launchpad.net/~xnox/+snap/test-gadget-base-core20
BAD: https://launchpad.net/~xnox/+snap/test-base-build-base-core20
BAD: https://launchpad.net/~xnox/+snap/test-kernel-snap-build-base-core20

And requested builds for all three of them.

I expected all three of them to have build-record:

1) On Focal series

2) with snapcraft installed from the snap store

3) core20 installed from the snap store

4) build succeed

I have ways to force the builds to succeed by setting snap channel maps, and distro_series via the API, but I expected this to just work correctly, with the default settings used at the snap creation time.

Also i386 builds were unexpected https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/1876387 because i386 is not an architecture that core20 supports.

1) gadget is success (it uses base:core20) !

2) base snap is bad

This is covered by the changes requested in bug 1835532 (technically you're asking for something slightly beyond the description there, but syncing things up with snapcraft's current implementation is the obvious thing to do and would be enough for this. I'll work on that now.
