Not able to run Paraview it shows the OpenGl error.

It appears likely your Intel GPU (which is of type "Iron Lake") is too old for that application and this bug needs to be reported against that application.

But also you are using the 'oibaf' PPA which is unsupported and is known to cause bugs. Please remove that PPA from your system and if the problem persists then open a new bug by running:

  ubuntu-bug paraview
