sdformat FTBFS cannot find libignition-math-dev which is missing

sdformat 9.2.0+dfsg-4 currently fails to build in Groovy with the following error message:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 sbuild-build-depends-sdformat-dummy : Depends: libignition-math-dev (>= 6)
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Hm, ok, I tried to check if the version of libignition-math was too old, but it is in fact not there at all [1]. I don't know why this wasn't synced along with the other packages from Sid to Groovy. (I couldn't find it in the sync blacklist [1] either)

Edit: same error message from ignition-common and ignition-msgs which are also missing this library...

Also (indirectly) affects gazebo which dependency wait on the following dependencies: libsdformat-dev (>= 9), libignition-math-dev (>= 6), libignition-transport-dev (>= 8), libignition-msgs-dev (>= 5), libignition-common-dev (>= 3), libignition-fuel-tools-dev (>= 4)

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ignition-math/6.4.0+ds-8 is now in groovy-proposed, which seems to have resolved a couple.
