Bug Description
APRS stations are apparently teleporting between coasts and between northern and southern hemispheres as well as more locally. At a time when airlines are grounded and most people are staying at home.
APRS plugin enabled
using rotate.aprs.net
debug was turned on in aprs plugin but debug info wasn't sent to stdout.
View -> Online Services -> APRS enabled
Files -> Position Tracking -> current possition [X]

had selected my area then zoomed out to the entire state of Virginia.
left marble running overnight.
there were a very few legitimate tracks that resembled someone actually driving but there were lots of long straight lines inconsistent with normal travel.
I could only get one screenshot because when I went to pan/zoom back to my region, marble crashed:
