Bug Description
I recently upgraded to ubuntu 20.04 beleiving that it was LTS, but later found out that it was the development branch. In this version frequent lags occur while using applications like google chrome. There is pixelation of the top bar and sometimes the desktop icons are also shown pixelated while using some application. It happens very frequently , say every 5 minutes and is very annoying.

It looks like the upgrade hasn't worked. For example you still have old Mesa packages installed.
First please fully update your system:
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade
and then reboot. If the problem still persists then please take a photo of the problem and attach the photo here.
