GUI Fcitx Configuration cannot run on Ubuntu MATE 20.04

When I run the Fcitx Configuration, the error message appears. I attached the message.

Note that this problem is fixed by installing fcitx-config-gtk with apt command.

$ sudo apt install fcitx-config-gtk

It is unclear how did you installed and ran "Fcitx Configuration" first time.
