Bug Description
Controllers and LXD Pods send commissioning data of a deployed system. While the commissioning hook does not remodel the networking layout it tries to update interface knowledge such as link speed and firmware version. When a bond is created all lower devices use the same MAC address. This triggers a database constraint in MAAS.
MAAS should not update the lower interfaces of bonds.
