i can't upgrade my ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04, i this it my fault i chang my source.list without correct knowledge

You seem to not have the ubuntu-minimal package installed which is really something you want to have installed. Please reinstall that package and then try the upgrade again. In the event that the next upgrade attempt fails it is likely because you have an unofficial version of nodejs installed and you'll want to remove that package.
