affectet Ubuntu version: 20.04

As stated due to the build timestamp the official repository driver version overwrites a newer driver version from graphic-driver-team ppa from 44.84 down to 440.64

The real question is, why is the upstream restricted package version set to 440.82+really.440.64-0ubuntu6 ? It looks like they tried to roll out 440.82, but had an issue and rolled back to 440.64. Maybe it breaks something...
