Wrong command "apt dist-upgrade" on "Upgrading" documentation

## What

This is a bug report for the documentation article "Upgrading" (https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/installing-upgrading.html). This page describes the command "apt dist-upgrade" as the command for the distribution upgrading. But there is no such a command. Instead, there exist two commands: "apt-get dist-upgrade" and "apt full-upgrade".

## What to Do

I think the both command ("apt-get dist-upgrade" and "apt full-upgrade") should be presented on the documentation so that as many users as possible understand.

No, it describes "apt dist-upgrade" as an alternative, and not recommended method.
And it does work, as far as I know.

we specifically changed all "apt-get"s in the serverguide to apt a long time ago.

That being said, the "apt dist-upgrade" command does exist in xenial onwards, including bionic. Where have you seen that it doesn't work?

You are right. "apt dist-upgrade" worked collectively xenial onwards.

I misunderstood that there is no "dist-upgrade" subcommand in apt
from only reading the help and the manpage of apt(8).

I'll create the next bug report after verifying the reproduction.
