The description of the package pyside2-tools (https://packages.ubuntu.com/focal/pyside2-tools) mentions uic, which is no longer available.

It was dropped in the transition to qt 5.14

This bug was fixed in the package pyside2 - 5.15.0-3ubuntu1

  * Ignore for now tests, the arm64 bug is really a glibc bug.
