Launching yelp from a terminal gets me these warnings once it's running
(yelp:17301): atk-bridge-WARNING **: AT_SPI_REGISTRY was not started at session startup.

Thanks for reporting this issue. Testing this in Ubuntu 10.10, there are no "atk-bridge- WARNING" messages any longer. Please continue to report any bugs you find.
