Bug Description
Evergreen: 3.4.2
If you add a duplicate entry into a user bucket the total count of the number of items in the user bucket gets incremented.
To duplicate:
Add 5 borrowers to a user bucket. The total number of items is 5.
Add the same 5 borrowers to the bucket. The total number of items is 10, but the bucket on displays the 5 entries.

This bug should probably be entitled "Evergreen allows duplicate entries in a User Bucket."
If you add a duplicate entry to a bucket there's a one to one relationship with the number of duplicates and the number of times it takes to remove that borrower from the bucket. Given the example above, if you want to remove the borrowers from the bucket you have to select them all, remove them, refresh (if the screen doesn't refresh itself), select all of the entries again, and then remove them again.
