Bug Description
mistral use a trust scoped token to call cinder,when cinder use this token to call barbican,castellan will scope this token to project,but in keystone,a trust scoped token can not be scoped to project again.
error detail is in attachment
castellan version is 0.18.0
recent version still has this error
