Activities menu in not opened when "super" button is clicked (keyboard language should be different from EN)

Steps
1) Switch language(keyboard) to Ukrainian or Russian
2) Click "super" button

Expected Result
  Activities menu is opened

Actual Result
  Nothing happens

System
  Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (fresh installed beta)
  Gnome 3.36.1

Notes
  With English keyboard everything works as expected
  On Ubuntu 18.04 worked just fine

I have the same problem on Russian layout. The problem appeared after the update on 20.04, but on 19.10 everything was fine.
What information is needed to analyze the problem?
