Bug Description

The Virtuozzo driver overrides copy_volume_to_image() and needs to be modified to pass along the info needed by glance multistore support added in ussuri. See the driver changes on https://review.opendev.org/697636 for what needs to be done.

    Add glance image colocation feature for Virtuozzo driver

    This patch adds the exisiting glance image colocation feature for
    virtuozzo driver (which was restored recently).
