Bug Description

Commit ebc9a12a19bff61bd6101def5cc997513d329bc2 added granularity to the volume-type encryption-type policies and deprecated a policy target for removal. Before making a change to address the deprecation, we need to have tests in place to ensure that there isn't a regression in the default policy configuration.

    Before dealing with the policy target deprecation from commit
    ebc9a12a19bff61bd6101def5cc997513d329bc2, make sure we have tests
    in place to detect any regression in the default policy
    configuration.
