Bug Description
Hi, I'm using Linux mainly for work but personally for music.
I own a lot of music software and, lately, I've bought some software from Eventide which requires iLok license manager to work: it's a free application which can be downloaded from www.ilok.com.
Clearly I've checked if everything was working properly before buying and it was in 19.10. I can't recall about 18.04 and 19.04, sorry
Yesterday I've upgraded to 20.04 beta and iLok doesn't connect to the license server anymore.
The software Eventide software is still running because the license are stored locally too.
But I cannot upgrade, cannot uninstall my licenses, cannot install new software.
I try to attach a portion of what ilok says.
The command line is:
wine .wine/drive_
It writes on its interface:
Server Unavailable
The server is currently unavailable. This may be due to a scheduled maintenance or a service outage of some kind.
There is no estimate for when the server will be available.
Which is untrue because if I run it from 19.10 everything works.
Best regards,
Fabrizio
PS. I am available for further info
