Bug Description

Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

To reproduce:
1) Install flash 9.0.115.0
2) Visit http://www.slatev.com/blog.html
3) Watch it start to load, then crash

Perhaps related to or a duplicate of Bug 113184. Can you confirm?

I don't think this is a duplicate. That bug report discusses pages with flash causing high CPU usage, this one is about a page with flash that, at the time the bug was posted, consistently caused firefox or epiphany not to become slow or unresponsive, but to die completely. While the page was loading, the firefox window would disappear.

Start Firefox via the terminal (Applications -> Terminal) with the command: firefox

Then visit http://www.slatev.com/blog.html in the Firefox window and wait until Firefox crashes.

Sorry; I thought I'd already replied to this. I can no longer replicate the crash; there doesn't seem to be a way to pull up the version of the page that caused the it.
