Bug Description

The constant castellan.key_manager.vault_key_manager.VAULT_OPT_GROUP was renamed to castellan.key_manager.vault_key_manager._VAULT_OPT_GROUP, however uses of that variable in castellan.options.py were not updated resulting in a broken release.

This issue is breaking the Barbican gate.
