Bug Description

Helix DBus service does not fastforware/rewind well for all codec

rm fastforward and rewind well.
 ogg does not fastforwarded/rewind, no effect even fastforwards at any rate
 mpeg4 can only fastforward well at rate=2, if rate=4 then it can't smoothly show video.
 mpeg2(CIP codec) can smoothly fastforward at rate=6. can't smoothly show video if rate=8.

Moblin-media player does not support FastForward/FastRewind function currently.

this because some codec doesn't support this feature well. 3rd party dependency.

Found in RP4MID 1.0.1.4:
for the MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4 video only contents, fastforward works.
But for audio/video combined contents, fastforward fail.
