Bug Description
[Impact]
From the spec manpage:
"This extension allows an application to capture performance data to be interpreted by a external application or library."
The usecase is to allow developers to improve apps to perform better on Intel GPU's.
[Test case]
FIXME
[Regression potential]
The patches are from v5.5.x, and the backport was provided by Intel, so there should be less concern of it breaking anything.
