terminator create only an icon without a text in applications menu

Binary package hint: terminator

After installation of terminator 0.7 on hardy a terminal like icon is added in application menu but without no description neither tooltip.

This is very interesting. I'm wondering if it's because terminator.desktop in /usr/share/applications/ has blank translations.

it's possible, because I'm using ubuntu with French language

I am expecting that this is the empty translations, so I am removing them.
You could help test this by removing the empty French translation from the terminator.desktop file and seeing if that makes the name re-appear (possibly after restarting the panel)

I added a French name to terminator.desktop and it appears to gnome menu. And the name appears also if I remove fr line.
