Please sync img2pdf 0.3.4-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/tests/control:
    - updated depends list for the tests

The Ubuntu changes are now in Debian.

The img2pdf changelog indicates that new features were added in 0.3.4 (including a GUI). [1]

This requires a feature freeze exception (FFe) accordingly. [2] Please provide that if you still want this synced, and then subscribe ~ubuntu-release. Unsubscribing ~ubuntu-sponsors for now.
